If you use something like photoshop, adobe XD, figma or sketch, you can simply choose to use it as grid. You can also use something like https://grid.kkuistore.com/?ref=prototyprio

Well, I didnt use any kind of template. But ye maybe they do my creativity isnt that good idk...

That's all fine and dandy if you're not making money off of it, for practice, it's still "OK."

You need to learn how to create more interesting and easy to see hieracry, less boring grids, a better icon set, better typography, better margins & padding especially, and I said - colors.

I recommend researching all those things

I actually like the black colour theme running throughout, I think it works well overall but take the advice from others as I am not a graphic designer

Tom Croft means use varying font WEIGHTS, not different fonts. If the font doesn't have more than one weight, it's not a font you should be using. Look at Avenir or Roboto for examples. They have various weights and look clean.
