What do you want out of hosting?

Hello Mc Market!

Im opening up a server and web hosting site and before we do so, we wanted to see what people want out of a host.

What makes a host "good"?

What would put you off a hosting company?

Is cheap the best or is it about great customer service?

All awnsers will be thought about in the process of creating the best host!

Free hosting!!

Mine craft hosting or web hosting?

After we start to get customers we may do 1 week free 1GB minecraft hosting so people can create a server and they wont have to buy a large server until they have created it. But maybe unlikely if we get too many people. But we will do a trial web hosting package for 5 days or a week. We will release some test servers soon aswell.

Our website may look quite slow (3s slower then some) as we have a special ddos protection that checks that your a person.

I mean, if that's over your budget, an i7-6700k is pretty good too.

There are a lot of hosts in the market right now, so what I recommend doing (which will really make you stand out) is buy your own hardware and get registered as a company. Trust me, you'll generate tons of views.

Yeah a host should provide Free Web Hosting when they buy a reseller or game hosting.

Well at the moment we want to get a I7-6700k / I7-4790k we were originally going to get a Xeon 1520 but we found that an I7 would be much better for game hosting.
