What is better, Bukkit or Spigot and why?

So when I go to my files on Multicraft theres a tab that says "BukGet Plugins" which allows you to choose bukkit plugins. Where and how I suppose to get Spigot plugins?

Bukkit plugins work with Spigot.

Go to the spigot website, You know how to insert custom jars?

Trust me, When I made my first server....Lets not think back to those times.
