A few years ago I was an owner of a big network but then I decided to move on. At the moment I'm curious what are some trending server types?

Depending if you have the funds to spend or not. I classify every HCF server now a days as a pay to play.

SkyBlock tends to be a big one atm, Hardcore prison seems to be a newer one that is growing too.

Look at the bigger servers, The game modes they have success are usually trending.

Can you really rely on what big networks have? if they already have a big player base, a new mode will have more players just cause its different and new. i think looking at medium size servers that just started with a new idea, is a good way to see whats trending. any thoughts on that?

If its a trend with 10 big servers to have skyblock the biggest gamemode I would assume thats a good gamemode? Now if one out of 3 was doing good then maybe not.
