Hey folks,
Imagine that appears a new Minecraft server implementation with the following features:
  • Open Source
  • Readable source code (not obfuscated)
  • Simpler and easy to use API
  • Well documented and with step-by-step tutorials
  • Safe plugin encryption (prevent your plugins from being reverse-engineered or dumped from the VM)

Would you use it, instead of a one derived from Bukkit (Spigot, PaperSpigot, etc...)? Thank you!

PebbleHost
High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

Maybe, but if it's not forked from bukkit, spigot etc. then it will basically be for custom-made plugins only, unless I'm misunderstanding something

Yes, you are correct in what you say, but maybe just in the initial phase we will put in some transformers that will add compatibility with the Spigot plugins, and then when things get more stabilized, these transformers will be removed.
