What's the best way to get a playerbase on a minigames server?

Yeah so...

So far we have a fully custom skywars and everyone loves it, but it's hard to get a playerbase because of the nature of the game. But we have I think 1100+ unique joins.

Been trying to advertise through streams and youtube videos and just had an animation made that I will have uploaded to a big channel, but this isn't helping to get a playerbase. Sure, I can get 20 or 50 players on at a time during a stream, but it is inevitable that they will all live and probably not donate, then that's another $40 in the hole.

What's your guys' advice for developing a playerbase? I'm pretty desperate right now xc

I recommend getting a deal with a large youtuber (100k+) and doing a profit split with them.

Ok but not giving up and being patient is the exact opposite that you want to do in the case of a budget, and having to pay server bills while waiting. You should mention that in your statement as well.
