When does MC 2.0 arrive?

I have been waiting for a long, long, long time for this update to come. The problem is that it seem like it never will arrive. Most likely, Im not alone thinking about when it will finally arrive.
Therefore I would love if you could share your thoughts in the comment/reply-section regarding this update.
If you have an idea or somehow even know when it arrives, please comment when you think it will.

I’m guessing what OP means is that Minecraft version 2.0 will come out instead of, for example, Minecraft version 1.15
