Where should I post about a website that has services which is "freemium" in a sense.
The website has;
I suppose the part I'm confused about is since it's a 90% free website, and I don't expect to make money from it in any way, is it really advertising to be providing a free service?

- Free image hosting
- Free url shortening
- Free 2gb file storage / paid for more storage
- Paid email forwarders
