Sorry if its not in the right section, can staff move it?

Anyway, I want to know which host / plan would be best for me if I wan't to run a server with 50 to 70 players connected at the same time.
I don't know anything about specs, that's why I'm asking here.

Please don't tell me not to get a dedi and start with shockbyte, because I know that I can get 50 players on my server. I have connections with youtubers and I've already done it before.

My server has about 40 plugins, and most of them are lightweight (http://gyazo.com/2f0516d518a1adf10c342851f9b6fe46 , http://gyazo.com/702b3de4969708464b6f017a34672357)

These are the 2 plans I saw, from 2 different hosting companies. I need your help to chose the right one.
Keep in mind that I'm planning on having 50-70 players online at once.

1) https://mpgservers.com/Dedicated
The 2x Opteron 2380 Quad Core plan It's 45$ per month (I don't think there's installation fees)

2) http://www.kimsufi.com/us/en/index.xml
The KS-4 plan. It's 27.99, but has a bunch of fees. Comes up to about 40-45$

What do you guys think? Also, do you have any other host? My budget is 40-50$

Thanks :)

Shared hosting!
If you want amazing shared hosting than I would definitely recommend Eternity Servers they provide amazing 24/7 support Not to forget the blazing fast servers powered by Intel Xeon E5 processors, one of the best processors on the market! There DDOS protections is outstanding - someone tried to knock my server offline and it didn't even do anything. Once you've used there service you won't regret it!
Dedicated Servers/VPS
For more experienced server owners who are looking for dedicated servers or VPS than I would highly recommend OVH, They are the best host I've ever used BY FAR! With a 99.99% uptime and a 0.00% chance of your server being hit off by DDoSers, these guys are truly outstanding.

Althought OVH is an amazing company I won't really recommend their sister companies due to low specs however I do believe they are launching their new 2016 ranges. I do know that OVH just launch their new 2016 VPS range I guess we'll have to see if they will launch new ranges under thier sister companies.

We will have another server in your price range added to our website later today. 2x Xeon X5460 3.16GHz, 16GB Ram, 120GB+ HDD for $50. This will run better then the AMD 2380 that was just recently sold out. As I said before it will be added to our website later today. We also have a few more DDR3 machines coming in stock shortly.

I really recommend going with MPG Servers. They always have amazing support & I've been hosting with them for months ( shared hosting) And looking to get a dedicated machine probably this month.
Also if you don't like a dedicated machine that they have in stock, They will buy one of you're needs

For the budget the person is requesting you will not get the latest Xeon CPU's. The CPU's we offer in that price range would work fine for a mid sized Minecraft server. I find it very funny you keep suggesting OVH and their E5 line when when they are clealy not the best Datacenter. While I know you may think you know what you are talking about, let me correct you. OVH is easily DDoSed offline if you know what you are doing, but you clearly state they have and I quote "and a 0.00% chance of your server being hit off by DDoSers". Also you are wrong to assume the Xeon E5 line is the "best" CPU on the market. If you knew anything related to the Game server market you would fine that E3-1240v3+ out perform the over used E5 hardware from OVH. Now if the poster would like to go for a Xeon CPU such as an E3 they are more then welcome, we have plenty of clients running them. Before you go around stating facts, please make sure they are correct.

Well the funny thing is that YOU don't really know what your talking about, Intel Xeon E5 are a lot better and if you think that they are pricey than you may want to brush up on your facts bruh they be the one of the latest modules but they are still quite cheap and your processor may be cheap but for like the same amount of cash you can get a even better proccessor. We both know that you are trying to get more customers

Yes, you are correct we are a business and since we are a business we try to get more customers..... As for your other comments I have stated the facts it is up to you to believe them or not. The fact is E5's are better in some other fields but E3's will out perform an E5 any day in the game industry. With that being said E5's are still a great choice to use in the game hosting industry if you need more than 32GB of ram. As for cheap, all the dedicated servers we sell are company owned and to give you a close price, an E3 with 32GB of ram costs just over $1,000 to build. Since they do cost a decent amount we cannot sell them for $50 like you may assume.

Have a nice day.
