Why can someone give me a Negative rep with no reason and how can i remove the bad rep or claim it

So this person gave me a Negative rep i haven't negotiated any trades or anything gave me bad rep for no reason you can see from his profile he is toxic and he has send me toxic messages which i can provide to Moderators please help

You can report the reputation, but that is your only chance of getting it removed. If you ask a staff member, they will tell you to report it. Best of luck doing so, I reported mine two weeks ago and still haven't heard back from anyone nor received assistance.
