NO NO NO NO. that is not an anime. It is a gay child hentai.
As I said before, there is absolutely nothing wrong with anime. The general public whenever they think of Anime they immediately think hentai, ecchi, soft porn, etc. which is not what Anime entirely is at all. We have amazing action animes as well which can put you at the edge of your chair. We also have mecha anime, horror anime, romcom/romance anime (If you're into that shit), etc.
There is so many genres to choose from and I can guarantee you there will be a few animes you will like (To those who trash it)
People just need to stop focusing on the shit that you typically see and actually go into anime to understand what it really is. It's not all hentai, tits, ass, etc.

Anime is just the japanese style of cartoons, cartoons being the west style.
Both animated, both are the same shit. Just difference styles.
Ben 10 was the closest thing i got to anime-style.
Personally, I like anime, but it's stupid when people try to say that anime is not a cartoon when it kinda is in some form. Both are animated, just both are 2 different styles.

I agree that some animes are garbage but when you watch the actually good ones like Noragami, Naruto, BNHA, Tokyo Ghoul, Gin Tama & more on the anime leaderboards, you can get really into it and beg for more episodes, the good animes are only limited but this is why animes are awesome.
People dislike anime because it's quite often weird and perverted. The fact that loli is a common word in the anime community for example is just disturbing. Furthermore the people you meet in real life that like anime are usually very weird and in my experience they're the kind of people I wouldn't want to hang out with. Personally I like some anime but I think a lot of is really weird.
