Someone in chatbox did say something that got me thinking why it wasn't the best option to let Lion become a scam resolver. If I recall correctly it was due to personal reasons that M6Gaming could not handle scam reports, if Lion is M6Gaming's brother, then won't it make no difference at all? It seems like a family issue.
Also, my support request has taken over a month now with no reply, AND 16 VIEWS, whats the deal? Its for a medal, it shouldn't take over a month to give someone a medal.

No matter how much we suggest things and complain, there's a super small chance that Mick will do anything to help. MCM Is going downhill extremely fast and to be honest, once I get a good cash flow from my servers, I'm out unless Mick can get this shit fixed.

Scam reports have been backed up since January, and I entirely agree that the delays we have been experiencing with all aspects of the staff team aren't good enough. Support requests and scam report responses have been slow, and I believe that we can attribute this to the tiny staff team that we have on the site. Since 2014, the site has been growing steadily and our staff team has remained the same size which has caused problems. Due to my lack of foresight, I had not started expanding the team until very recently which was a significant mistake on my behalf.

Over the past few months I have been working on growing our team and we have recently promoted four new staff members to help, but I am still hoping to expand the staff team further so that in the future we do not run into any issues.

The delays with scam reports started in January when M6Gaming was unable to be active for approximately a week due to personal reasons. Despite his best efforts and constant work, he was not able to keep up with the new scam reports while completing the existing backlog, so the delay grew. A decision was made to promote Lion also to become a scam resolver alongside M6, but I believe it is clear that at the moment M6 and Lion aren't able to catch up on the reports as soon as the site needs them to be. To solve this issue, Justis has generously decided to temporarily assist with scam reports until the queue is back down to normal and the response times are faster than ever.

Unfortunately, at this time I am not able to provide you with an ETA of when support request, scam reports and other general staffing tasks will be below 24 hours like usual, but some things that I can promise everyone are that:
  • Work is being done by the staff team as fast as possible while still maintaining our consistent quality.
  • We are aware of the issues and as a team are actively working towards solutions.
  • We are persistently looking for capable staff to join our team and prevent any issue like this from happening in the future.
  • Improvements to our support request, scam report, and other staff systems are being planned for development to make the processes more efficient and straightforward.
  • Issues and concerns that users have about the site dying aren't accurate. We are experiencing significant problems at the moment, but work has been and will continue to be done to ensure that our situation cannot worsen.
  • No scam reports are going to be deleted. If any adjustments need to be made to your report, you will receive a PM.
  • Scam reports will be completed with the oldest being looked into first.
Also please note that us mentioning that we are looking for new staff members is not an invitation to send your applications or suggest others, all staff members are hand picked by our existing team finds suitable candidates.

To end, I want to say that despite the past few months of inactivity I have full faith in M6Gaming and Lion with scam reports, but until they are caught up, Justis will be assisting in resolving the remaining backlog. Once again I would just like to thank everyone for their patience as well as understanding. I can also assure you that the tough situation we are in will only be improving. If you have any further questions or concerns please let me know and I will be sure to answer them.

Justis already does so much though, he's basically carrying at this point.
If you cannot properly keep up with the support requests, why take on more work? Is it me or is somebody just trying to put bandages on something that needs stitches lol.

I do not know what is up with the management of the forum but it has been slacking a lot. Neither are they being transparent. Currently, after multiple negative events, 'we are working on it' will just not cut it anymore.

You cannot dislike Mick, He is trying and if he truly wasn't you'd be able to tell It's completely disrespectful that I have to read these posts and see barely any supportive comments, If you wish for this Forum to continue to grow you have to be apart of the development and growth of it not just disagreeing all the time, Things can be prevented to assist the Scam Report backups, Use Middlemen, Always be aware of suspicious deals etc, You cannot all get scammed and when there are 400+ Scam Reports blame the two people trying their hardest to clear up everything as best they can, These are ACTUAL people we're talking about they have lives and personal things to deal with, I've also fallen victim to the never answered scam report but If we're all patient and realize they're trying without immedietally jumping to false conclusions, The forum will definetely be a less toxic place.


I've only returned for a few months and I don't know a lot but I'm looking to learn, As someone who's recently gained a lot of interest in the Forum, I'd definitely liked to see an attitude change we can all just be happy and supportive

Yes, I understand that Mick is working hard to look after this forum and make it the best it can be but when it comes to scam reports and we've lost our own money, it pisses us off (some more than others, depending on the amount) and it doesn't matter whether you think people are stupid or not fro not doing due diligence, the fact is: They still have lost their money. There are potentially hundreds of members crawling through this forum that are scammers not yet banned. That's why people are complaining. I completely understand the staff are working hard to resolve this but when you are scammed personally (like hundreds of us have in this big backlog, it's really annoying that nothing seems to be getting done).[DOUBLEPOST=1523746767][/DOUBLEPOST]

mafia?

maybe we need to find some more pure breed italians like M6 and lion themselves and induct them into the mafia so we can get more trustworthy mods
