Huh, it looks like a wacom intuos pro. Well good luck on your quest. I have a wacom intuos, so I doubt I can help since there's different layouts and programs to install and use them.

Sorry man, I don't have one. I just use the ones already provided. I rotate between Paint.net, Paint tool sai, and most recently photoshop.

Not like a custom brush pack is gonna make a huge difference. You should get used to using a tablet first by either using it as a mouse for a bit, and do exercises like drawing straight lines or circles etc.
