WTB Chest Lock Plugin

I am looking to get a plugin made that can lock chests, doors, furnaces ect to a specific player without signs. Ideally used with a command like "/lock" and then the player could left click on a chest to lock it. The chest could then only be opened by that player but wouldn't have to be unlocked for that player to open it. I'm on a budget and it must work on 1.13.1.
