I can vouch for WulfHosting being extremely unprofessional. I know that they got rid of the owner who used to run it and now there is this new guy. I was helping a client set up their server. They chose to use this server host and I wasn't really familiar with it. They didn't have bukGet which wasn't advertised anywhere that they didn't have it. I asked for a refund politely and they refused saying that it is in their TOS and stupid stuff like that. I had a valid reason to get my clients money back but they just refused for no reason. Once they kinda fixed the issue I literally did all of the perms and kits and everything. I go to install buycraft and reinstall the server and eveything is gone. My client asked for them to fix the issue but they were unable to do that and he asked for a refund again. Now, the owner of WulfHosting (jubble) is saying that he won't give him a refund. I think the whole system is stupid and extremely unprofessional and if they want to become successful they should care about their clients.

You don't advertise what you don't provide, so trying to get a refund for them not having BukGet would be invalid. Regardless, every company is stringy about refunds except banks and Apple.
WulfHosting was extremely unprofessional and really that's what happens when kids run businesses. It's not really how it's meant to work. It's all basic economics though, if the industry didn't focus so much on being cheap in price and giving any sort of poor quality along the way, you'd have decent hosts at more expensive prices (how it should be). You can't expect anything more from WulfHosting at those prices, it's just ridiculous to ask for more.
If you really need to push for a refund of $4 and are using this host, well one you probably shouldn't be running a server nor spending any money on one.
Their profit margins are probably horrid, and they have no intent to profit probably. It just hurts the rest of the legitimate hosts in the industry. Most hosts that aren't registered and incorporated should be banned, tbh, that'd fix the mess up. Most of them are only going to last a few weeks, 2 months tops.
Really, the host sucks, but you can't blame it on the host. It had "horrible" written all over it.
