To keep our support team to be amazing we need amazing people like you to help.

We currently are looking for a Minecraft Technical Support agent.

Here are the requirements:

• Age All Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Internet Speed 25mbps+
• Computer Use of laptop or desktop.
• Software Filezilla or similar FTP program.
• Basic Minecraft Server Knowledge (Java and Bedrock)
• Debugging skills (Being able to find the problem of a clients Minecraft servr)
• Availability A consistent and widely available schedule.
• Timezone must be within GMT -4 to GMT -7

Our first level technical support agent gets paid from $8.00/hr to $13.50/hr depending on your skill and experience.
