http://prntscr.com/8tmwbl havent been able to use/manage my server for a few days now....
Wow just found out my server got fully wiped...
There goes hours into building / plugins
This is my honest review of XHostFire.
Support: I have to give support 5 stars they have gone above and beyond to fix any problems I have come across. As well as the response times are fantastic.
Hardware: This too deserves 5 stars it holds up even if you're doing resource intensive things. For example I pregenerate my worlds before releasing my server to the public to cut down on lag when there is a large player count, and the server i have which only has 2gb's of ram held up just fine. As well as holding a large quantity of entities.
Price: Again I give it 5 stars, the price with or without a promotional code lets users who are on a budget be able to purchase hosting.
I believe I have covered everything, take it from someone who has been with 30 different hosts over the course of 4 years. This Host is great and I give it a total 5 star rating.
After having some problems with my server, and some well not really proffesional comments on here/the ticket system (by me). They kept calm and helped me the best they could with the information I provided. Even though I couldnt use my servers multicraft ftp access for about a week I am still glad that im with this company because of the quality support & hardware they provide.
Dont worry to go with this company.
HUGE VOUCH! thx XHostFire

Montreal <> Beauharnois down (6x10G)
Comment by OVH - Monday, 02 November 2015, 18:57PM
The delivery of additional network was planned for the coming days, we are doing everything we can to speed the process and mount these links quickly.
In parallel, we are in contact with our suppliers to find the cause of the failure.
Comment by OVH - Monday, 02 November 2015, 18:58PM
The cut is located 108 km from Montreal (fiber that passes through the north of the lake), our technicians follow the path from BHS to find the cause of the fault (probably a fiber cut at approx. 9km from the datacentre).
Comment by OVH - Monday, 02 November 2015, 19:38PM
The cut would fall within the tunnel near the power plant.
Our supplier will send a team on site to repair.
Comment by OVH - Monday, 02 November 2015, 19:48PM
Our teams are dispatched and are evaluating the damage. We'll have a concrete ETA within the next hour.
Comment by OVH - Monday, 02 November 2015, 21:30PM
We still don't have an ETA regarding the repairs on the existing fiber.
However, it's been confirmed that 2 out the 3 new pairs of the Eastern route (which were being setup) are now usable. We are working with our providers in order to get a full connection as quickly as possible: the only cross-connect linking OVH to our provider (in Montreal) is currently missing.[DOUBLEPOST=1446504679,1446496840][/DOUBLEPOST]They have completed the fix. All servers are back online on our end. Thank you for your patience everyone.
