I took them up on the free 1 month trial of 1GB and promised myself I'd write a review for them.

My experience wasn't very good. Right off the bat, their boxbilling+multicraft setup was wacky. It created a service and created an account on Multicraft for me that worked great, but boxbilling still marked it as pending and ended up deleting my server later that night (couple hours later, probably cron). Support was decent, when they were on live chat, and after much trial&error we were able to get my server running finally. However they're in a different timezone than me (I'm in central) so unfortunately they were never really online when I was. In the beginning, my tickets got answered within 24 hours but almost a week ago I sent in two tickets as I couldn't find the Multicraft panel, and their parent company's panel was also down, plus it's like they have two different boxbilling installations set up as my password works on billing.yourmcserver.online but not www.billing.yourmcserver.online. I have yet to hear back from them on that, which is rather disappointing. I'm very glad I didn't actually spend money in order to review, as I haven't really been able to review the actual server for more than a week. It should be noted that along with no Multicraft access, my server is also offline. When my server was online however, performance was good considering I'm in the US and the server is in the EU. Their system wasn't overloaded, but I presume that's because I was one of the first people to sign up.
