We need you to provide services relevant to website hosting, as well as game hosting services in an effort to build out and maintain new and existing service offerings.
This role is a 1099 contractor role. All individuals looking to apply should be 18+ and have experience working in system administration with knowledge in WHMCS, Server Deployment, and coding knowledge is a plus. You'll help us maintain our security and perform updates as required to keep our systems up and running optimally.

- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
- Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes when necessary
- Troubleshoot software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure as applicable
- Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures
- Lead helpdesk support efforts, making sure all applications and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
