Commands:

• /rpc challengue <player>: Challenge another player to a game of rock, paper, scissors.
• /rpc acept: Accept a pending challenge from another player.
• /rpc reject: Decline a pending challenge from another player.
• /rpc reload: Reload plugin settings.
