Update checker now works from 1.8 to 1.16.4 mc server versions and now Admin Chat and Admin TabList support prefix and suffix from other Permission Plugins.

- Now you can add a list of custom commands, so multiple commands can be executed on a single item click in GUI.
- Now you can enable maintenance mode in-game or thru console with /admin maintenance <on/off>

- Added DiscordSRV support so messages will be filtered on discord too

- Added check command to display players stats
- Moved ranks from permissions.yml to players.yml file

Now you can connect the plugin to database for rank synchronization, which is also more stable than thru bungee channels.

Added language downloader and fixer. So now you can download only languages that you want and also drag and drop your own language file into "Languages" folder and it will work out of the box.

Fixed algorithm for rank up/down and now you can give ranks to offline players. Note that removing permissions.yml file is required, because the system for ranks has been changed.
