Fixed default Sounds.yml file having spacing issues causing plugin to not load

Changes:

• Added new configuration options to crate keys (such as CustomModelData and all other configurations that can already be used for rewards)
• Fixed {reward:best} in final_messages being replaced with the items type name, not the custom set name
• Added individual placeholder for ClosedCrateText %virtualkeys_available% - this placeholder will be automatically replaced with the individual users virtual key amount for that specific crate
• Added new sound to NoAnimation animation - On_Crate_Open

Changes:

• Fixed console error regarding potions
• Added feature to now allow players to open a crate if they don't have a certain permission - PermsToOpenCrate
• Added a new message to messages.yml for the PermsToOpenCrate configuration feature - No_Perm_Open_Crate

• Fixed in contraband animation if having RewardsDontRepeat configuration set to true, BlacklistedPerms feature not working

• Fixed virtualkeys file being saved with unnecessary logs of players filling up the file heavily with a big playerbase
• Added VirtualKeys_Enabled configuration to config.yml to completely disable the feature
