Changes:

• Fixed in game editor item editor "Edit EVERYTHING" not saving the items base64texture value after clicking save all button
• Fixed player heads received from the crate / crates as playerheads themselves not stacking with newly received of the same type items after a server restart
• Added Toggle_Messages_Message configuration line which is sent to the player when executed the "/ac togglemessages" command

• Fixed Round animation when ShiftInstantlyOpen is set to true, best prize placeholder in final_messages not being replaced with the items name
