1.9.208 Update Changelog

Changes:
  • Added BlacklistedPerms configuration section to individual rewards. This means that if the crate opening user has a specific permission that is equal to one of the blacklistedperms he will have a chance to receive this reward (the user wont even see it in the animation). This currently applies only for the Round animation. Configuration updated to have an example with blacklistedperms configuration on the first reward.
