Complete Rewrite 2.0.0 Release

BREAKING CHANGES
Your current config and Player Data will NOT be compatible with this update. MAKE A BACKUP

Made every message within the plugin configurable (Reset your config)
Added the Admin Gui back: Click to Teleport; Drop to Delete the home
Added an Update Checker. Code provided by BGHDDevelopment

Added Placeholders using PAPI!
