AhxerTombs v1.3.0

Version 1.3.0 adds two features:

World filter — Choose exactly which worlds AhxerTombs runs in. In any unlisted world nothing happens at all: no tombs, no saved items, no death coordinates (plain vanilla death). Defaults to world, spawn, lobby, and pvp, and can be set to run in every world.

LuckPerms is now optional — The plugin no longer disables itself when LuckPerms is missing. Without it, every player can loot every item from every tomb (unlimited access for all). With LuckPerms installed, the full rank system works exactly as before.

Also: /ahxertombssync now warns gracefully when LuckPerms isn't present, and both READMEs (EN/ES) are updated.​
