1.1.0 - Skript support

Added Skript support. With Skript you can now:
cast Arcanum spells on players, with modifiers like greater, swift or eternal.
detect when a player casts a spell and cancel it if you want.

New syntax: on arcanum spell cast (cancellable), cast arcanum spell "id" on player, and cast arcanum spell "id" with modifiers "greater" and "swift" on player.

Skript is optional. If you do not run Skript, nothing changes. Also added a free test server so you can try the plugin before buying.
