• Everything is optimized
• Everything is named in the file
• Textured through blender
• Colours can be changed through Roblox Studio by simply clicking a part, scroll down to texture content and delete. From there, you can change the models colour.
• If there's something I missed, I'll look into it and update that!

I can't include the textured walls due to it having a big impact on performance.
