Bloom - License Manager v1.4.8

No more news from the developer and deleted his discord account.

It appears the project has been abandoned, and it's on life support with a functional Manager. I have since tried to contact them about a refund, to which I have received no response. Not even a no, just left on read. It appears the project was sold awhile back, but the new owner of the project has deleted their Discord Account, which is mildly confusing.

While I received my license without any issues and the product itself generally works as intended, the support experience has deteriorated significantly over time. Initially, responses were faster, but now the support team is extremely slow and often leaves questions unanswered for long periods. The owner did mention having family problems, which is understandable, but in that case it would be far more beneficial to entrust the project to someone who can consistently provide timely assistance. Beyond that, several essential features—such as custom activity settings—are still missing, and the documentation feels incomplete. They’ve been promising a recode of Bloom for over ten months now, yet there’s been no tangible progress. Overall, it’s a decent bot held back by poor support, unfulfilled promises, and a lack of key features.

Support Team is fast, received my license key for this product after I opened the ticket on their discord. If you're looking for a licensing system use bloom.

Support is slow. Doesn't respond that much anymore. Bot is a great work but only if it works. Without support it doesnt.
