BIG CHUNK UPDATE 1.1!

New Features & Changes:
  • Configuration: Split the main config into smaller files (modules) and added MySQL support.
  • New Features: Added a clickable GUI chunk map, a progress bossbar, and a player leaderboard.
  • Gameplay: Added unlock rewards, visual and sound effects, and the ability to sell back (refund) chunks.
  • Economy: Introduced rank-based discounts (e.g., cheaper prices for VIPs) and the option to purchase chunks using items.
  • Optimization & Fixes: Improved data loading performance with LAZY mode, enhanced language formatting, and fixed various bugs, including island deletion issues.
