Developer ghosts you when you ask for some updates and bug fixes for months at time. Really buggy experience for a theme and the fact that he released another theme that looks 1:1 with this one is outrageous (https://builtbybit.com/resources/mount-tebex-template-for-all-games.79202/), it might be considered an update for the existing resource, but who cares about customers, right?

If you take a minute to look at the screenshots of the linked template, you'll immediately see that it's structured completely differently, except for a sidebar (which is now standard). A new template cannot be an update for an existing resource.
If you would like to report bugs or need help, please create a ticket like all other customers do. Then I can help you too. I don't see a single ticket you've created. Please note that I cannot offer you privileged DM support - I want to treat all customers equally.
I checked your messages and noticed that there is only one single issue which I have not responded to. All other issues have been solved. Further, this issue only appeared to one single other customer. This means that the problem is caused by a wrong installation or custom adjustments.
