Fixed players being able to leave the area when they still have the pvp timer set. Enabled /r /w /tell /me /is chat etc during ct.

» Added custom armor stands around the spawn to give players a better vibe when joining the server.
» Added chat reactions with rewards (there are 200 words related to Minecraft, all words are shorter than 12 characters) - the winner will get a Kipling crate key and a tier 5 money pouch to make people want to participate. The games happen every 500 seconds.
» Implemented a safe trading system so players can avoid being scammed.
» Added all necessary permissions to the groups.
