Fixed an issue where the Deluxe Announce placeholders would stop working after executing /papi reload.
The expansion is now persistent and properly re-registers if needed.
The plugin is now fully compatible with SpigotMC and its forks.

Full compatibility with Minecraft 1.21.6 has been added.
Clarification about compatibility
This plugin is developed primarily for Spigot and remains fully compatible with Spigot, CraftBukkit, and related forks.
The optional Toast API is currently only available for Paper-based servers. This does not affect the core functionality of the plugin on Spigot.
Support for Toast API on Spigot is planned in a future update.
