DeluxeMenu Web Editor v2.0

This new version brings a restructuring of the product and also a facelift.

Internal changes were also made to make this update possible. (more info in github)
Now to run the editor locally is with npm run dev (The process to install libraries is the same.)
Templates were added
A Command Panels converter was added to DeluxeMenu (Not functional yet. Only a prototype was added for future updates to modify or remove it).

The format for importing and exporting was corrected, as the menu was malfunctioning and the website did not recognize the file (even if it was the default one), and compatibility with deluxe menu requirements was added.
