Just changing folder names to show support for 1.18!

This update will add a 1.17 variant of the config that has most, if not all 1.17 blocks and items added to it!

I also added a lot more stair and slab variants!

Big update to the 1.16 Shop Configuration!
Added a ton more blocks from 1.16 and fixed some other minor issues I found!

I have added an independent configuration for 1.16.x

Meaning it has more 1.16.x ores (Not just 1.15.2) and also fixed Zombie Pigmen Spawners.

Also, fixed Bamboo in the 1.14-1.15 Configuration. (Also, fixed in 1.16)
