Revamped Spawn Aura + Bug fixes!

Fixed config not registering some changes
Fixed being able to put fragments in bundles
Made the spawn aura alot more vibrant and animated!

Working on the real 3.0.2 release, few hours after this drops!

Command Fix

Removed /fragment get (un-needed as fragments are not storable anymore)
Fixed Permissions

added rp to jar

added the updated resource pack in the jar file
as well as the console RP message
