1. Fixed an issue with teleporting a player to another world via WorldManagerGUI on the Folia engine.
2. Improved the player head fetching system.

1. Startup logs were refreshed to be clearer and to show the status of startup, metrics, and the soft dependency (JoinLeaveManagerFree).
2. Player messages were unified by adding a constant [GAT] prefix, so they are easier to recognize.
3. The kill command alias was fixed to atkill (the previous alias was wrong / not intuitive).
4. Project metadata and the version number (3.3.8) were organized and made consistent in config files and the build.
