FIXES:
- Files not opening after saving

ADDED:
- Notification when trying to edit without files open
- Multiple Page support

OTHER CHANGES:
- No longer a plugin/application combo. This is only an application to assist you with making configs for GUIShop.
FIXED:
- no-permissions key not loading from config
- Command permission checks, on both sell & buy
- Incorporated the config with the manually programmed no permissions message.
Fixed:
- Item ID's not supporting an ID without a colon.
- Fixed pages not correctly paginating.
- Fixed the init sequence to further support EpicSpawners (TODO)
CHANGES:
- Saving is now manual (aside from the auto save). You must choose to open or create new configs before starting. This will save the configs where ever you choose.
- Updated to work with GUIShop 6.3.1 edition.
- Huge code cleanup.
