Okay, I've received this license "for free" because I migrated it from another site, so I'm not being "paid" in any way to say this words, rest assured my words are completely sincere.

First of all, I want to tell that THIS IS NOT A MODELING PLUGIN, SO YOU SHOULD NEED TO DO YOUR OWN RESOURCE PACK! This plugin needs a bit of experience before using working with resource packs. But if you're fairly new, they do have a full documented wiki that helps with that purpose so... New into the plugins world is no excuse to find this plugin useful (there: https://docs.hibiscusmc.com/). Knowing this in mind, let's start with a full review for those ones who needs more than a "good plugin" words to describe how much useful this is. Let's go!

- Function overall: ★★★★★/★★★★★ (5/5)
The function overall not only works flawlessly good, but also has a lot of potential accomplishing the Minecraft EULA with visuals that your players will love. There's no limit to it, making even to color your items to make them even more customizable. The logic behind the way it works it's basic, but good enough to avoid any issue with duping items (that, for me, never happened even trying with tons of plugins since my server has 126 plugins).

- Updates: ★★★★☆/★★★★★ (4/5)
They do updates pretty common, but it's still hard to find some of then due they have a lot of plugins (by the way, look at them, some might help you out or boost your server). Usually you need to verify yourself and it's now on a "flora-content" forum hidden on a VIP category, that makes it hard to find due it's not intuitive at all... But excusing this, they do A LOT OF DEVELOPMENT BUILDS, so if you need urgently an update, they might did it but it's not public due testing purposes so it's only a purpose of time they fix your bugs found out. Let's remember (as in every plugin) that they do have things to do, real-life stuff and probably work too (without counting even family).

- Customization: ★★★★★/★★★★★ (5/5)
Nothing to say. You can build your own wardrobe and using the commands make it fully functional. Also you can change EVERYTHING from the menu to the graphics. There's not anything not customizable so it's a full 5★ in this point.

- Discord support: ★★★★★/★★★★★ (5/5)
I opened a ticket to ask for the migration of the license and also to test how much they take to reply a ticket. Posted it the 17th at 18:53 (we'll say 19:00 for the purpose of calculation). Got the reply back on 18th at 14:32 (we'll say 14:30 for the purpose of calculation). That was a 19h 30m on a reply (less than a day) with the solution already, so it's pretty fast. Let's remember again that they do have things to do, so it's pretty much faster than a lot of supports that I've experienced (and trust me, I do have tons and tons of premium plugins bought). I would put this on a 4★ instead but I chose to put 5★ due a factor that I personally like it: They do reply with care, even if your issue it's a fart brain you made and has been replied by 15.300 guys before you, they do explain it again.
(By the way, use the Discord search bar always in every support discord, you would be amazed how many issues I resolved without even talking to any Discord. A lot of people already had your issue before you for sure).

This ends my review of this plugin. I hope this helps to decide if you need or you don't need this plugin in your server. A few suggestions of my own hand if you chose to buy it:

- Don't frustrate yourself. This plugins has great potential, but requires a bit of trial and error of your part. Keep your mind cool, try and see why you failed using the server's logs and the wiki to provide information. If everything failed, search in the Discord search bar in "Hibiscus Creative Studio" and, if no one had the same issue (or you don't understand the replies), then ask for help. For experience I'll tell you those steps are WAY FASTER than waiting always for Staff replies in almost every discord you go.
- Celebrate your success and don't get stubborn to make everything on one day. That won't happen almost never and you probably won't be an exception. You made your first cosmetic? Great! Have a break, take some water and then continue or finish the day with an exit and an example of how your cosmetic worked for the next ones.
- Don't make everything on big scale. If you thought of 10 cosmetics, don't for 40 due you decided that it's a great idea. I'm completely sure your players will love cosmetics, but they will love even more a server without bugs. You can always add more cosmetics and make them "Dyable" to have even more. A lot of people has the wrong idea of "big is better". No, my guy, it's not. "Big is better if YOU ALREADY HAVE THE WORK DONE TO BE BIG".

Why 5/5? For three main points:
1. The Wiki. This plugin has a great wiki and you can learn almost everything you need to with that alone. In the cases where you do need a real person to help you out...
2. The support. Anytime I've had an problem or question their support has been some of the best. There are countless paid plugins where they have limited to no support, you won't find that here. If it's a bug they'll fix it, if it's your dumb brain messing up while configuring, you'll also be helped!
3. The actual use. I've been using it and had no problems. Everything works.

I can't speak on alternative plugins, but if you're looking for a cosmetic plugin, I fully recommend this one and no other for the support and wiki you'll have so you're not a fish out of water.
