- Added a sort of anti-dupe where if somebody tries to claim a voucher twice, or another player tries to claim an already-claimed voucher, it will not work.
- Added "Trade Vouchers" setting, which it enables/disabled the ability to give other players vouchers, and they can redeem them. Basically, if other players can redeem vouchers that were given to a different player.
