+ ADDED SUPPORT FOR ORAXEN. (custom ores texture aren't working atm, invisible bossbar also not working)

Added 2 new pickaxes into the game.
Added new mining speed system: the new ores will now take a long time to mine which fastens with better pickaxes.
Fixed y out of range bug.
Fixed permissions bugs.
Fixed not being able to open /tags menu in world.
