For Arix Theme | LATEST PTERODACTYL in Pterodactyl themes
Weijers makes the best themes I've used. I've never run into errors, and everything works flawlessly. He also offers a wide range of extensions that integrate perfectly with Arix. Installation was incredibly simple, and the editor is by far the easiest I've ever used for Pterodactyl. The UI is clean, polished, and intuitive, and the overall feature set is so well designed that another developer has to tried to replicate it.

Thanks for the review, sorry it doesn't have a "brand new" look to it but for this pack we purposefully chose to give it a more "worn" or "muddy" look as seen in the photos.

For Atom | Premium CraftingStore Template in CraftingStore templates
A lot of what is advertised is just not true, I've recieved almost no support and have been ignored multiple times. The template isn't as configurable as marketed, the social media icons simply do not work, there are almost no updates added into the template, and the doc/wiki aren't very helpful.

I do like the design and what this template could've been although with already such few Craftingstore templates available I really had high hopes for this one. Hopefully more updates will be seen and better doc help.

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience.

1. It’s hard to define what configurable enough even means, it has configurations for every baked in feature.
2. The Social Icons are active on any Atom store you visit, first time hearing it doesn’t work.
3. The main value of the template still stands in the Checkout System which none of the CraftingStore templates nailed and really have a good positive effect by allowing customers to easily buy more and not be hit by lots of friction.
4. I disagree with the false advertising claim which doesn’t have any examples

This is mostly a support rant and I agree it may been slower at times and I am sorry for that, will try to do better.

I understand your frustration, but your review is unfair and misleading.

We are based in Georgia (GMT+4), and you opened your support ticket at around 6:00 AM your time. Due to the time difference, it was still outside our normal working hours. Like most support teams, we are not available 24/7, and it’s perfectly normal that it took a few hours for us to reply.

We responded as soon as our team was available and reviewed your logs. As explained in the ticket, the issue is not caused by our product, but by your server configuration. For example, your Purpur server JAR is being loaded as a plugin instead of being placed in the server’s root directory.

Writing “they don’t even reply” and encouraging others not to buy the product before giving us a reasonable amount of time to respond is inaccurate and unfair. We had already replied to your ticket and explained the cause of the issue.

We are still happy to help you get everything working, but we kindly ask you to update or remove your review so it accurately reflects what happened.
