We are based in Georgia (GMT+4), and you opened your support ticket at around 6:00 AM your time. Due to the time difference, it was still outside our normal working hours. Like most support teams, we are not available 24/7, and it’s perfectly normal that it took a few hours for us to reply.
We responded as soon as our team was available and reviewed your logs. As explained in the ticket, the issue is not caused by our product, but by your server configuration. For example, your Purpur server JAR is being loaded as a plugin instead of being placed in the server’s root directory.
Writing “they don’t even reply” and encouraging others not to buy the product before giving us a reasonable amount of time to respond is inaccurate and unfair. We had already replied to your ticket and explained the cause of the issue.
We are still happy to help you get everything working, but we kindly ask you to update or remove your review so it accurately reflects what happened.
