LightChat 3.0

• Dynamic Cooldown Timer (%cooldown_seconds%): Players attempting to spam messages are shown the remaining cooldown time.
• Hex color support added.

Added the option to enable or disable the mentions feature

Fixed the error where users with the ligtchat.pchatclear permission still received a "You do not have permission to use this command" message.

Update Notes

• New Feature: Added PlayerChatClear command! Each player can now clear only their own chat.
• New Setting: Added enabled option. You can enable or disable the Anti-Tab feature via the enabled setting in the antitabcomplete.yml file.
