Added .zip containing both .schem and .schematic files. (No edits to the actual build)

Spawn position

This is minor update so if you already using this build on the server then you have probably noticed/already fixed these small issues yourself.

There was an issue with spawn position in schematic file when executing //paste -a... Position is now changed and schematic file will now be pasted in front/above you instead of below you, sorry for this issue. (Might seem like a small thing but it's not when you have to paste 450x450 build)

Fixed few incorrect block placement in shop area.

Also price is lowered temporarily for Christmas time :)
