MotdGuard does not require any external Minecraft plugins.

Required software:

  • Velocity 3.5.0 or newer
  • Java 21 or newer

MiniMessage support is provided through the Velocity platform and does not require
installing an additional plugin.

MotdGuard is designed for Velocity proxies and cannot be installed directly as a
Bukkit, Spigot or Paper plugin.
