Mining event reward announcements now use a dedicated Gold symbol before reward numbers.

This update locks duel administration behind dedicated permissions while keeping normal player duel commands easy to use.

• Admin-only protection for /duels <player1> <player2>

NetherBox now includes a safer and cleaner duel inventory system. When a duel starts, each player's original inventory is saved, hidden from the duel arena, and replaced with a fixed duel kit. When the duel ends, the original inventory is restored.
