NoLootSpread Fix loot drops on death v1.9

1. You can now update your drop spreading,Velocity dropping!
   New Commands:
   - /nolootspread reload or /nls reload for short.
   
   
2. Fixed when you kill someone on a corner your items get dropped outside of the map in v1.9,but in v1.8 your gonna have issues with the issue i mentioned
   
   Recommended to use newest version!: v1.9

• Fixed an issue where KeepInventory would duplicate items (2x).
• Fixed an issue where using WorldGuard Extra Flags with the keepinventory flag set to true caused item duplication (2x).

- Fixed Version not Working for 1.20 (the 1.6 had only 1.21 to 1.21.8 support)

Hello I have Fixed the Dupes and I have done this

- block dropping to 2 blocks
- Added Keep inventory True and make it so it does not drop on death when keepinventory is on
- Armor dupe (Fixed now)
