Punish Menu - LiteBans support v1.8

IMPORTANT!! I forgot to mention that 1.13.x support got removed because of the way the confirm menu works. This is not in my power since Meta only works on 1.14+. I am really sorry I forgot to mention this and I hope you guys see this. I didn't want to update again just to mention that so I edited the update log!

Fixed a permission check for permanent mute and unmute. It used to only check for it on left click not on all click types!
Added a confirm menu! This works for:
EssentialsX Menu: Kick, TempMute, TempBan
LiteBans Menu: Kick, Warn, TempMute, Mute, TempBan, Ban.

I'll also update the Photos to showcase the confirm menu in a couple minutes.

Hello.

This update adds LiteBans support for the menu. I couldn't add this all in the same menu so I made 2 different menus, one that works with EssentialsX and one that works with LiteBans.
There will be a tutorial on how to install both of them in the READMEs folder.

LiteBans menu adds a custom button for permanent mute and one for unmute. It also ads a warn and unwarn button.
I've also updated a couple messages in both menus (EssX and LB)
I've removed the check that was making sure the target was online. This check was making the unban item useless.

This menu version is basically a remake.

Changed the command to `/punish <player> <reason>`
Removed the reasons menu.
Removed the jail menu.
Redesigned the entire menu.
Removed a lot of the permissions that were not needed.
Made the "code" a lot cleaner so its easier for people that want to change it to understand.
Fixed the bug that appeared in the last update and now the only command that exists is `/punish`. No other "fake" commands.
Added a few missing lines to the installation guide in the README file.
Renamed the OLD version to LEGACY.

1. Updated the menu to latest version of DeluxeMenus
2. Added type completion for the command punish.
- This also adds a new problem. Some commands that aren't suppose to work with tab completion also work now.
3. Added a new permission: 'punish.reasons.all' - which allows players acces to all reasons without needing the other permissions.
4. No longer this menu supports 1.12. You can still acces the old menus in the folder OLD but the newer versions will only work with 1.13+ materials.
5. Made a README file which explains how to install the menu.
6. Added a requirement so the palyer you try to ban must be online. If he is not the menu won't work. (This and any other requirements are not going to work for OP players.

- Solved a few grammar mistakes.
- Added a new folder for 1.12.x - Before the menu was made only for 1.14.x but now you get a folder that will work for 1.12.x

1. Added more permissions.
- Added permission for each reason. Each reason has the followning permission: "punish.reason.REASONNAME" for example: "punish.reason.afk" or "punish.reason.fly"
2. Corrected a grammar mistake.
3. Changed the heads for reasons from beaing the heads of the player that is using the punish command to exclamation marks.

! Time paramenter is only one word so please use it like this: 1s/1minute/etc. instead of 1 s/1 minute/etc.
