Fixes -
Clean shutdown — the resource-pack HTTP server and its host-resolver now run on plugin-owned
daemon threads that are stopped deterministically on disable. This removes the "not properly shutting
down its async tasks" warning on server stop/restart and guarantees no lingering threads.

Added
Gravestone Edition support — QCCore now recognises QCGravestone as a feature plugin, and
ships the shared gravestone_id PDC key used by it.
Asset refresh on update — feature plugins can now re-extract their bundled models/textures when
their version changes, so model/texture updates actually take effect (config files are still never
overwritten).

Notes
No config changes required. Drop in QCCore-1.0.1.jar and restart. Fully compatible with
existing QCGear installs — nothing else to do.
Still Paper 1.21.4 – 26.2. Requires at least one feature plugin (QCGear or QCGravestone).
